For 9 years I ran a self-esteem and motivation programme for young people in schools. The programme ran in 2 inner city Dublin schools with DEIS status. I developed and ran programmes through the SPHE curriculum, using therapeutic interventions to classes that allowed greater understanding of our emotional world to increase resolve, resilience and resourcefulness. I also set up and developed counselling services within the Pathways Programme.
